The dress draws on silhouettes inspired by the traditional Vietnamese Áo dài, which first appeared in bươm bướm’s debut collection. Instead of classic bust darts, the waist features smocking that accentuates the silhouette while allowing for greater size flexibility and a comfortable fit for various body types. The dress features an asymmetrical cut and ties with sewn-in laces, which highlight its versatility and playful character. Additionally, there are practical pockets in the side seams of the dress, adding both comfort and functionality to the design.
Fabric imported directly from Vietnam was used for this model. Due to the limited amount of material, this product will be available in a limited quantity.

We offer our pieces in a universal size, which is largely made possible by the flexible frogging. However, one size does not necessarily fit every body. If you are unsure, you can visit us in the studio or specify measurements on the order form.
We are able to produce some pieces repeatedly, but it may happen that the original material or colors are no longer available. In this case, we will agree on another option with you individually.
Products from our offer are custom-made to order. The delivery time is from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the current workload of the studio. Once your piece is ready, we will send you a message and arrange for pick up or shipment.
